Hi, I’m Katlin Goin, an Integrative Health Practitioner and founder of Reclaimed Wellness. I’m passionate about helping individuals reclaim their health and feel empowered in their bodies through a personalized, root-cause approach to wellness.
My journey into integrative health began with my daughters’ struggle with severe eczema—something that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve. After countless appointments and no real answers, we discovered that toxic mold hidden in our home was the true culprit. That experience changed everything. It opened my eyes to the deep connection between our environment, nutrition, and overall health—and it inspired me to dive into the world of integrative health to help others find answers, too.
In addition to my work in functional wellness, I’m also a certified personal trainer with a strong belief that movement should be energizing, not depleting. I believe the best form of exercise is the one you genuinely enjoy—and when done correctly, it should leave you feeling stronger, not drained. My approach focuses on sustainable fitness that supports your long-term health, not just short-term goals.
My daughters are my greatest motivation. I strive every day to equip myself—and them—with the knowledge needed to prevent chronic illness and live vibrant, fulfilling lives. That same drive fuels my passion for educating others. At Reclaimed Wellness, I’m here to guide you, support you, and walk with you as you become the healthiest version of yourself.

My Approach
At Reclaimed Wellness, my approach is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we look at the whole person—not just symptoms. I combine integrative health principles with personalized fitness to create a sustainable, supportive path toward lasting wellness.
Rather than chasing quick fixes, I focus on uncovering and addressing the root causes of imbalance—whether they stem from environmental toxins, nutritional deficiencies, stress, or lifestyle habits. Every person’s body is unique, and so is their healing journey. I take the time to listen, assess, and create a plan that’s aligned with your goals, your story, and your lifestyle.
When it comes to movement, I believe exercise should work with your body, not against it. The best form of movement is the one that you enjoy and that supports—not depletes—your energy. I help clients build strength and resilience through intentional, balanced fitness that enhances overall well-being.
